Rule 12A
To receive full salary allowance after reinstatement in the service of the committee
If the order given to remove or dismiss an employee from the service of the committee is canceled by a court or official's decision and the employee is reinstated in the service of the committee, full salary allowance from the date of removal or dismissal to the date of reinstatement and If he gets a salary increase, he will also get a salary increase.
